iDOODLE

Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket

Here is one of my favorite ways to "jump-start" my creativity and get new ideas flowing....

Pick a theme & doodle mini-pics relating to the theme (l chose Autumn here). Try to fill up an 8 1/2 x 11 inch sheet of graph paper. No need to be perfect... just keep on drawing whatever pops into your head. All it takes is a pencil, a good eraser, a micron pen, & a tablet of graph paper.

You can easily take this creativity-booster along with you wherever you go, so have fun doodling!! :)

QOL, Ducky!! ~ Only you would think of a term like SUPER-DOODLING! ;)

Actually, I do sometimes color these in... but I also like to save a black & white copy. That way I can scan & enlarge the smaller designs & print them out without wasting too much colored ink.

Thanks for visiting my "blahgy", kD! Always a JOY!! :)

When I first received this blog entry in my email - I just looked and looked at this wonderful page of drawings!

What a fun and wonderful idea Patti! I'm going to try it!

Even more fun, was to see some of your drawings... and I'm with Ducky... I want to see all your colored versions too LOL!

Wonderfully - great - "doodles"

Guess I should warn you, Melanie...

Doodling this way can be addictive!!

I keep a notebook of all my little sketches, and sometimes they turn into something BIG!!... they can be a great source of inspiration for future projects. :)

Thanks for your sweet comment, Mellie!!

I hope you don't mind, but I've linked this idea to my blog. I showed my kids and am trying to encourage them to try (I did one first.) Thanks for the great idea!

Thank you, Patti. I'm relieved that you don't mind. I've only been blogging a year and wasn't sure if people like that.

It's a very fun idea and I hope it generates some traffic to your site so that more people can see your adorable artwork! (I know my sister would probably like it.)

3 of my kids are inspired and have started collages!
