MOM'S MINIVAN
"Mom's Minivan"
Just something silly & fun in honor of Mother's Day and the coming of summer vacation! :)
Believe it or not, back in the day when MY guys were small, the minivan was yet to be invented! Still, I remember so well packing all my kids and their friends and their "stuff" in the back of our station wagon, in search of summer fun, adventure, and a little escape from the hot, humid weather! Most of the time, our destination was the neighborhood pool, where the kids splashed all afternoon and I played "lifeguard" from under a poolside umbrella.
*sigh*...So many happy family memories!! :)
(...sunscreen, anyone???)

Hi Patti! You know I thought I had your blog on my links list and to my chagrin when I went to look for you it wasn't there! How I missed adding you I don't know but you're going up as soon as I leave here. :-) How've you been doing? I miss my CAAT friends but I dont miss ebay. ;-) LOL
The camera you asked about is a CanonPower Shot A470. I saw it at our Walmart but I bought mine online from Tiger Direct. If you go to their sight they have a great little video about all the things you can do with the camera. If you buy it make sure you get a larger card, the one it comes with is not big enough. In fact if I'm going somewhere where I think I might take a whole lot of pictures I'm even going to carry an extra card with me. They're cheap...$10.00 ea and gives you 2GB.
I'm going to be in NC this weekend...going to visit Saluda....and take some pictures I'm sure! ;-)
Thanks for stopping by sweetness!
hugs
Gail
